Default what is the fastest way through a corner

I see a lot of things being done and said. I read on the internet people say, "slow in fast out" or "if you're not sliding, you aren't going fast enough". I see on Youtube alot of the advanced guys at track days using major slip angle with lots of countersteer or opposite lock. But then i watched a SCCA miata race and the slip angle and countersteering they are using is not as much . I can see the need to maybe have some sliding going on on turn in when you need to rotate, but not so much when you are accelerating to track out, right?

What is the fastest method? Car and tire specific?

As mentioned, there's no one right answer.
