Hyundai Is Refusing A Warranty Fix On A Man's Car Because They Say He's 'Large'

I'm torn on this decision. Thy fixed it twice before so maybe after awhile they have to put their foot down and say we can't help you if you are going to keep breaking it. But on the other hand it's under warranty so no matter how many times something breaks, they have to repair it. It could just be bad worksmanship from Hyundai too since he didn't have any problems with his Toyota.

Yup, either fix it or buy back t he car at fair value. Should've put a disclaimer on it.
