Default Condensation in tail lights

First time ever, I noticed my tails have condensation and water in them. Nothing has changed with them so the only reason I can come up with is that the seals are getting old and now letting water in. Anyway to fix this and prevent it other than buying new seals or tail lights?

Seal it with Soudal fix all crystal and you can also drill holes so if there is some water it can come out. Since I've done this I have no problems with my tail lights
