Body kit or shaved hole?
Cant tell if the RD has an aftermarket bumper or if they shaved the hole and made it smooth on the factory bumper.

Definitely a shaved hole. A few people have done that back in the day. A lot of work to do because it's a large area to cover up. I'm not a fan of it though. Makes the car look too much like an integra in the front.
