What does plastidip feel like?

What does plastidip feel like?
A ton of people are big into plastidipping their cars but what does it really feel like? When I run my hands over my paint, it's smooth and easy. I just imagine when running your hand over a plastidipped car, it feels like a tire. Not smooth, rough, and very rubbery. Am I right?

Had plastidip on my old Speed3. Best way to discribe it is go to a hardware store and look for a pair of these.
Plastidip feels like the rubber on these but a little bit thinner.
