Default Hyundais paint today versus back in the day

How does Hyundai's paint compare today versus the days of RDs and the older Accents and Elantras? Is it still thin and still chips easily? Or have they improved on it a lot?

Same with my Genesis. For it being their flagship sports car, you would think it would have really good paint, but nope. The front bumper chipped easier than a meth head's tooth. Good thing I re-sprayed it using much better quality paint because the factory paint sucked! One would hope that the more expensive cars like the Genesis Sedan or even the Equus would have Mercedes or Ferrari quality paint but somehow I doubt that would be the case.

They are all garbage. I repainted probably around 25 Hyundais and kias with failing clearcoat that were less than 4 years old.
