Starter not firing, relay location?
When i purchased car, starter was working i don't remember disconnecting anything it stood for 2 months and not starter wont turn a bit for some reason. Trying to locate starter relay without much luck, where is it?
This is only relays i find other than that there's just a fuse box, where is passenger fuse box located?
Really don't feel like pulling out starter at this point what else can it be?
Battery is 12.5V, battery contacts are clean.

I'm not sure where the starter relay is on the X3 Accent, I would check the firewall. If someone tries to turn the engine over you should be able to track it down from the clicking if the relay is working, but if it isn't that probably won't help.
If the battery is fully charged check the IGN fuse. Check the battery terminal connections. Check the engine to chassis and battery to chassis grounds.

Found it finally, also ground was disconnected as well on the passenger side next to water expansion tank, however reconnecting it did no difference.

How this relay supposed to be tested?
I did connect it by yellow (red on picture) leads to battery it does click, however what else supposed to happen, i tried each of cooper (blue in picture) connectors to the battery with multi meter none show 12V reading, isn't that what supposed to happen?

Update here's what i found out.
When i turn key to ignition and measure slot for starter relay i only get +12V power in upper right corner that corresponds to orange lead on relay and lower right corner is ground.
Upper and lower left side of slot has no ground or power.
This is important because when i test relay it clicks only when i connect power to yellow leads that correspond to bottom connectors on the slot (that never gets power).
Indeed i traced upper left slot on the socket and it traces to starter control wire, that makes my assumption correct.
So if starter and relay are okay why i don't get power to relay? Is there a broken fuse (where is it?) or factory immobilizer/alarm?

Okay found it, i was not pressing clutch pedal all the way and it was not powering the relay, sht been a while since i drove manual... anyway starter turns great now. unlike a fuel pump.
