Are they made out of metal or fiberglass?

All racing parts in rally are made of fiberglass. In F1 it's all carbon fiber. But the rear quarterpanels have a thick layer and are pretty heavy duty.

WRC uses fiberglass mostly for spectator safety. Carbon fiber shrapnel is sharp and the dust will jack up your lungs.

Really? I thought it was because it was cheaper. But yeah carbon shrapnel is dangerous.

Still waiting on a response from my contact. He's a pretty well known driver in South America so I don't want to push his buttons about it. Afterall, he mentioned he's at my disposal and nobody else has responded!

I checked the alignment and there MUST be a front bumper for this to fit up nicely. And if I can get some of the other stuff, hell it'll make things a lot easier.
