Hello all! New here,1st post.......... :)
Hi all
We have a 2012 Accent GLS here with stock 195/50/16's
140,000 & going strong, although she has developed a louder than average engine tick.....
It's time for new tread again.........My wife would like a softer, quieter ride!
My question is has anyone put 195/55/16 tires on the stock rims with out any problems??
I believe this would help for a softer ride.......
Thanks
John

Considering these....we do have a separate set of winter wheels already.

You shouldn't just put bigger tires on the rims. Get some 15" wheels first and get a matching set of 195 55 15 tires. Or drop to 14" rims and 185 65 14.
