GK head on RD block, what's involved?

It drives nice, you notice the extra torque and it just generally pulls a bit harder. Cams are now advanced 6 degrees which has pulled the power band back down the rev range.

Thanks for the info. I got my car back together today, and drove it home from work. It does pull noticeably harder. I set my SAFC to + 20% from 3500-5500 and + 15% from 6000-7000 for the baseline pull. And it ran low 13's (afr) all the way up until 6000, then mid 12's. So it definitely breathes better now.
