I think it's a beautiful car but no where near worth that much. Barrett Jackson always has cars that sell so much more than what they are worth so this doesnt surprise me really that someone paid that much money.

Most of the money went to charity so 
He has the funds and if he donated that much directly he'd be taxed out the ass for it. It's a win-win
