Default XD Shift Cable Bearing/Bushing Sizes?

I've got the transmission from an XD (2002 Elantra) in my RD, but the XD shifter and its cables are still sitting on the floor in the garage. The transmission-end rubber bushings in the GK shift cables are worn out rubber parts. I want to replace these with bearings like I did (with skate bearings) in my RD shift cables. But these are two different sizes.

Does anyone know what are the dimensions of the insides of these bushing holes on the shift cables and the size of pins they slide on the transmission gear shift assembly? Or better still, what size bearings will fit? If not, I'm going to have to measure this and report back.

For the smaller bushing you can reuse the skate bearing. I don't remember the size of the bigger one.

HA! Those bearings are probably stuck in place but good, but thanks and + for the tip.
