Someone was in the Ferrari at the time and he didn't get out when the Bugatti just kept going.

The Veyrons aren't exactly nondescript. Each one was custom made, and this was a specific one-off called the L'or Blanc which included a bunch of custom porcelain inlays. So much and so delicate so that Bugatti made special booties for the driver and passenger to wear so not to damage the trimmings:
That said there are plenty of videos where this driver does other dumbass sh*t, so this shouldn't surprise anyone.
I guess at least he's driving it an enjoying it rather than just sitting in a collection or museum.
Also note that the Bugatti hit the Ferrari on the nose with the tail pipe. So no damage to the aggressor.
