The Corvette Stingray was still a good car back then before emissions standards f-ed them up. The 240Z was also nice.

All unbelieveably slow compared to their 60's counterparts. The Vette's most powerful engine made 270 at the crank and it was the most powerful and lightest GM performance car available in '73.
