2010 Hyundai Accent "SR" Conversion Project - Codename: Ripley
Hey all!
New to the forum but not to the Hyundai ownership world. I'm currently in the process of converting my 2010 Hyundai Accent GL into the rare (Canada Only) "SR" model. I'm at about 69% or so from completing the project itself. Here's my baby;
My mod list is as follows:
Window Tint - Completed!
Tail Light Tint - Not yet completed
HID Headlights [6000K] - Completed!
HID Fogs [3000K] - Completed!
De-Badge - Completed!
Cat-Back Exhaust - Completed!
Air Intake Resonator Delete - Completed!
Cold Air Intake/Short Ram Intake - Completed!
High Flow Catalytic Converter - Completed!
B&M Short Shifter - Completed!
Bluetooth OBDII Adapter - Completed!
Tablet (for use with Torque app) - Completed!
Racing Headers - Not yet completed
Lowering Springs - Not yet completed
OEM Warning Sticker Replacement - Completed!
New Brake Calipers & Drums - Completed!
Front Strut Bar - Not yet completed
ECU Remap - Completed!
OEM Ground Effects Kit - Completed!
3M 1080 Carbon Vinyl Wrap (Maybe) - Not yet completed
Interior LED Conversion - Not yet completed
Complete Sound System Overhaul - Not yet completed
Custom "SR" Badging - Completed!
I'm sure I'll be adding to the list over time. lol Here are some videos of my exhaust note so far (before headers):
Custom Exhaust (Both cats)
Take Off and Reverse (Both cats)
From Inside OBDII Tablet
Lots of people asked me how loud she is, well, this next video is from inside. Her note shakes windows. lol
Through a pain of glass!
This is my most recent after the second cat delete and WOT, something I had yet to do on film
Still Before Headers
Performance headers are coming this month as well as lowering hopefully. Anyhow, thanks for letting me post my project. If you have any questions or comments don't hesitate to reply. Thanks all!
P.S.

Welcome to the forums!
I really like what you've done so far! Exhaust sounds great and your mods have taste! IMO, I wouldn't do the carbon wrap. Something about white cars. They look oh so good when they are cleaned up and polished!! Not that I'm biased or anything. ....
