Default X3 coilovers or drag suspension can't find anything
I'm having trouble finding coilovers or good drag suspension.

Anyone know of a website that sells them for a 99 accent.

Ksport makes coilovers for the x3. They're about $1000-$1200. There might be other brands that make them too.

I thought ksport only made them for 2000+ accent
