Hey i was wondering is there anyway to easily clean the inside of the headlight lense or do you have to cut them apart?

"cook" them apart. You have to melt the adhesive and separate the lens and housing. Why would the inside need to be cleaned though? Do you have a leak in one of them? Sure the outside doesn't need to be buffed out?

Bake them, Use a butter knife or a 5 way to bend the tabs and peel the headlamp apart. Be sure not to break anything! Disassembling is extremely easy, Make sure you have removed all bulbs, and wiring, etc. Heat oven to 300 or 350 (Baking sheet and a cool, damp towel), Bake 3 minutes, Pull them out, Try pulling it apart, Rebake until completely successful. Get some black RTV sealant for resealing the lamp once you have finished the cleaning procedures, Then follow the same instruction to reassemble.

350* is WAAAAAY too high.. LOL you should "bake" them at no more than 160* or whatever is the minimum of your oven. put one rack on the bottom, take everything else out and put a cookie pan and 3-4 aluminum foil balls between the pan and the headlight and make sure the headlight is not touching anything else and "bake" it for 10-12 minutes.
