Default New brake rotors, clean the oil off?

I'm changing out all of my rotors and pads cause I have brake warpage out the ass (whole car shakes violently when I brake). Got the new rotors shipped to me and they are covered in a bit of oil (I imagine to stop them from rusting). Do I clean all of this off with brake cleaner before installing? Or do you leave the oil on the rotors? I've done pads/lube/bleed brakes before, but never a rotor swap. Thanks!

spray the sh*t out of it with brake cleaner once they're on the car.
