Quick question. Does the air temperature sensor plays any significant role when turbo charging your 2001 tiburon? I bought mine already modified and turbo charged and found this sensor just dangling. Your help would be appreciated.

Depends. What engine management is it using ?

 

It has the SMT6 by Perfect Power. Additional Fuel rail with 4 extra injectors and GM 3bar map sensor. Turbo is a Godspeed .57 trim.
