Default 2006 Santa Fe 2.4 Engine swap-no spark

My Son has changed the 2.4 L in his 2006 Santa Fe.

The previous engine ran but had internal mechanical problems.

The sensors were reused.

This replacement engine cranks, fuel is being delivered but has no spark.

The crank and cam sensors both toggle from 0 to 5 volts when the ignition is bumped so they seem capable. Coils have 12v on them, they worked on the other engine.

He borrowed a scantool, no codes, shows crank and cam sensors ok and 180 RPM while cranking.

Any thoughts where the no spark condition may be coming from?

Any idea what the firing signal from the ECM to the coils (Connector Pin 3) should look like?

The voltage he measures there doesn't change much whether cranking or not. Measures around 0.3-0.5vdc. I would think this would change while cranking and firing the coils.

Don't have a shop manual so don't have diagrams.
