The B&G official software is the "best", hands down.
I'd use megatunix myself, since I run linux. But that's just me.

I use tuner studio, it's very user friendly. If you do go with tuner studio pay for the full version. I'm running MS3 on my supra so the maps I have won't help. not sure if you've seen this quick start link, I found it very helpful.

I use the paid version of Tunerstudio as well and it is well worth the money. The developer is constantly upgrading and improving the software, hes even in the works of making Android software at the moment. I have a MSII tune that I have been using at 11psi and can send you screen shots of my VE tables however will not send out the actual tune.

I use Megatune and Tunerstudio full version. I have alink to my screen shots and maps in my sig. Good luck let us know if you need any help. Get ahold of Megalog viewer also it will adjust your VE map off of your log files and compare your ideal AFR verses actuall and change the VE cells for you. Makes tuning very easy to do.

They will physically fit in the rail and manifold but they are shorter than than your stockers. You would need to do some modifying of your stock fuel rail to get them to work.
