As some of you know we purchased a 2012 Genesis coupe 3.8R late last year with the intention of making a ballistic supercar. That will take a while to accomplish of course but a happy side effect of having a new factory fresh car is developing products for the masses on it.
We just finished our prototype muffler delete for it. Still needs a bit of tweaking to make the in cabin noise bearable but it sounds fantastic.
The only difference between the production version and this version will be the addition of a helmholtz resonator to reduce the in cabin noise on the freeway.

Here is a quick video I shot of me getting on the highway with it the other day. No silly, I don't live in upside-down-land, I had my iPhone upside down :headshake: .

As always, Our parts are hand fabricated here in La Center, WA using t304 stainless steel, welded by a few human shaped robots named Zach, Guy, and occasionally John.
We are unsure what the final cost will be but we are shooting for the same as our Subaru Hatchback Axleback ($485 plus shipping). I don't see a problem with this assuming we can get the build time down a bit.
We will be offering another version that uses our in-house mufflers for those who want a bit less volume but like the sound. This will be more expensive obviously.
On a side note, we also developed Ass Cannon v2.0. a 3" single exit stainless steel exhaust cannon. We did this just to see what a straight piped 3.8R would sound like and what do you think it ended up sounding like? Sex. Yes it sounded like ear sex. So we developed our muffler delete. We will be selling both versions, the Ass Cannon should be reserved for track use or if you really like the steampunk look.
