Is there any difference in the bell housings on a delta 2.7 and a Genesis 3.8 engine? And also is there any other major differences in these engines other then the common differences in most engines ?

I don't know if the bellhousing bolt pattern has been checked, but I strongly doubt that it is the same.

There are a lot of differences between the 2.7l and 3.8l engines, they're from different engine families altogether. There isn't much in common between the two other than they both have 6 cylinders and run on gasoline. Do you have anything specific you were wondering about?

If you felt the need for a big cube tib, you would probably be better off using the 3.8 from the azera. It is at least a FWD engine and transmission.

I've seen a photo of the swap done, with a huge single turbo hanging off the side. It is not a cheap way of going quickly though.

I don't believe so, although I'm not completely sure on the SUV's.
