Default 03 Santa Fe dual mass flywheel

Has anyone ever swapped a dual mass flywheel for a solid flywheel? I replaced my clutch about a year ago, and last week it became a PITA to get it to disengage. So I took the clutch out and realized it was the dual mass flywheel that was bad. I have a lifetime warranty on the clutch kit, so I took my old parts to the parts store and they replaced them since I had them out. After learning it was over $1000 for the flywheel at the dealer, I began to research different options, and that's when I found the TSB about clutch durability on 03 Santa Fe's. So by the TSB, I ordered the parts required to convert the flywheel, which were; the flywheel, clutch disk, pressure plate, and bolts. There was nothing in the TSB about the throw out, or release bearing, so I used the new one supplied with the OEM kit. After installing the transnmission, I soon realized that there wasn't enough travel for the release forks to fully disengage the clutch, and it was making a terrible noise when I tried. So, I took the transmission back out to realise that the two tabs (where the release bearing mounts to the forks) were actually rubbing on the pressure plate, which leads me to believe that (1.)there is either a longer release bearing needed, or (2.)the pressure plate fingers aren't the proper heighth. I know that the release forks are not bent, the clutch disk is not backwards, and there is alot of slack before the release bearing touches the pressure plate. My question is, Does the solid flywheel setup use a different release bearing? Why isn't that in the TSB? I triple checked all the part numbers.

Thank you all for any help!
