Found this while looking for HP to Kw convertor.
Just add planned PSI at manifold along with N/A power at the Flywheel, then hit calculate.
140 Hp (104Kw) + 10Psi = 235 Hp (175Kw)

those things are kinda cool, but there are SOOO many factors into how much hp you are going to push; tuning, turbo size, efficiency of intercooler, flow of exhaust manifold, etc. etc..
seems like it would be close though.
i think from the looks of some turbo setups on here, 8psi has been somewhat consistent with 210-220whp.
