Hyundai Aftermarket is a very friendly community of Hyundai owners. It started up back in early May of 2002 and has become a legendary site for many people in the Hyundai tuning scene. You will find TONS of archived knowledge and materials from past sites, such as FxTreme, T-H-C, Team SR, and so on.
The site appearance has changed many times over the years, but one thing that has remained the same, is the abundance of knowledge and help that continues to come out day in and day out. Here, you do not have to have any fear of being yelled at or having strict Moderators and Admin's forcing people to do things. Its an open community and everyone has been and will continue to be very friendly & helpful in making sure your questions get answered.

Visionz is the site owner and Admin. He's been in the Hyundai scene since way back in late 1998, and was a contributing member on sites such as FxTreme, T-H-C, Team SR, and Hyundai Aftermarket. You can find him on other sites helping out as an expert in custom paint & body modifications, suspension modifications, and generally anything that has to do with Hyundai! He got into the Hyundai scene in 2003 with the purchase of his first new car, a Hyundai Accent GT. Two years ago they added his wife's 2005 Hyundai Tiburon SE V6 to their family. After several years of Hyundai forum activity, he's now an Admin on Hyundai Aftermarket. He has a wealth of Accent-specific knowledge and experience as his car has been everything from a high-SPL show car on chrome 18's to an autocross racer while he's owned it. He's also picked up a lot of useful information about other Hyundai models through the forums and through the projects he's done with his Hyundai owning friends. If you're having trouble finding information about something the odds are pretty good that he either knows it or knows where to find it for you. As an Admin on Hyundai Aftermarket, he can help with any issues a member might have.

With the purchase of his 2000 Tiburon on 9-9-00, majik became a member of the Hyundai community. He started as a member on HP in 2002 and later migrated to RDTiburon where he grew from Member, to moderator, to SuperMod, and finally Administrator. RDTiburon ceased operations and merged with HA in 2010. The online community has taken him from a noob not knowing the difference between A/T and M/T, to eventually converting his transmission to a manual.

Whiplash has been into Hyundai's since 2003 when he got his 1997 Hyundai Tiburon. During the same time a family member also had a Hyundai Accent. Since his Tiburon was wrecked, he had a 95Hyundai Elantra as well. His girlfriend also had a Tiburon for about 2 years. He's currently a Super Moderator on Hyundai Aftermarket, and is a backyard mechanic. He graduated as a Mechanical Engineer for Automotive Product Design. He's mostly into older Hyundai cars which have variants of Mitsubishi engines. Ask any questions you have about Hyundai's in general and Whiplash will be able to answer them.

Cujo has owned a Hyundai since 2004. He has secret ties with Hyundai and at one point his family owned every make of Hyundai in 2005. His first real car was a 2005 Accent GT, but right now he owns a 2008 Elantra SE 5-Speed. On Hyundai Aftermarket, he's a forum moderator for the 18+ section, the char pit, and the off topic area. He has his moments of trial and error that come to use when others need help and can answer alot of questions related to Hyundai in general.

Jon was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. He has a B.S. in Architecture, but a career in heavy commercial electrical design and drafting. Jon has been in the scene since 1996 when he bought his first car, a brand new 1996 Accent GT. He has been logged into almost every website community starting with THC.org, to FXtreme, to HA.org, and so on. After getting plenty of use out of his Accent GT, he got the bug to upgrade to a brand new RD Tiburon in November 2001. Since then, he's modded it for N/A power, direct port nitrous, and finally a custom built turbo upgrade back in 2003. The quest for more power still goes on to this day as his Tiburon gets a new fully built powerplant, since the stock block could no longer handle the abuse. Jon hopes that you will not hesitate to contact him for your power needs so that you may take advantage of his many years of trials, errors, and success.

Bdiggy got into the Hyundai scene in mid 2004 when he purchased his 2004 Elantra GT. All the work that has been done to it in the last 4 1/2 years has been done by him and a couple of other local Hyundai tuners. His area of expertise is that he can help out a lot with appearance and lighting mods. Where to find them, power points to tap into, etc. The 01-06 XD Elantra models are pretty easy, and more and more companies within the US are now carrying parts and accessories. He's the chef corner mod, as well as a mod for the Elantra section of the forum. The names Bryan. Should you have any questions or comments, feel free to shoot him a message.

DTN started in the Hyundai Scene back in 1996 when he saw his dream car at the dealership. It was a 1997 Hyundai Tiburon. The dealer let him test drive it and gave him a pamphlet. He brought the pamphlet home and pinned it up on the wall. He didn't own a Tiburon, but he did kinda just dream and read about them until 2004 when he came back from Iraq, which is when finally got what he wanted. A 2001 Hyundai Tiburon, and an extended 10 year bumper to bumper warranty and then systematically voided all parts of the warranty starting with the shifter. He's a HyundaiAftermarket Forum Moderator, and moderates the Tiburon forum, the Nitrous Oxide forum and the Exterior forum. He repaired large Doppler radars for 6 years, and is a Army Biomedical Equipment Technician. He works with nitrous oxide as a part of his job, but he mainly focuses on electronics with some hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanics. If you have any technical questions about Nitrous, LED's, or anything specific to Hyundai Tiburons, he can help you out.

03-accent-03 bought his car back in January 2003 and fell in love with it. He caught the modification bug and was quickly throwing money into aftermarket parts. He's worked with a couple companies to get some additional aftermarket parts made for the Accents and has excellent knowledge when it comes to getting or installing items on Accents.

Fintile was born in LA, and raised in San Diego so he knows the west coast tuning scene well. HeI got his Accent in August of 2004. The last car he owned was a 1970 Ford Mustang. He has been tuning and customizing the car since 2006, gone so many different ways and have finally come a cross a style he can be happy with. He knows he will never be finished with it but he has big hopes in store for the car. He wants to have the first LC2 in the USA to have 200whp off the Alpha motor or be the first AWD 300hp LC2. He has an advanced knowledge when it comes to tuning, so feel free to ask any questions you have.

i8acobra has been in the scene for a very long time, and has done some serious tuning and modding to cars such as an '08 Mustang GT, '87 Nissan Hardbody, '06 Suzuki Burgman 650, and an RD2 Tiburon. He has seen the Hyundai scene get as big as it is today, and can answer pretty much any question related to aftermarket parts on Hyundai's.

Her name is Shawna, and shes the owner of a 2006 Hyundai Tiburon. She has been in the Hyundai scene going on 3 years in May 2009. Her position on Hyundai Aftermarket is the Bytch Factor Moderator. She also searches and find girls to be featured every mouth on the site as the official Girl Of The Month reporter. As far as expertise goes, she's the girl you go to for photography needs/questions. She's a photographer and loves taking pictures of cars and girls, but her Hyundai expertise is mainly appearance mods. She's an expert at finding good deals and have lots of ideas in mind.

iheartmyredcar currently lives in Morgantown, Pennsylvania. She's going to college to be a pharmacist and works at Wal-Mart as a pharmacy technician. She has been in the Hyundai scene for just under 2 years now and has excellent knowledge when it comes to Elantra's. She drives a 2008 Elantra Se and is the official Welcome Committee Staff Member!
